1. How to Create the New DDS Report:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective EO-ED username and password and Click Login
Step 2 :After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the DDS module under CMS category
Step 3 : After selecting the DDS module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : From the left-hand menu, select DDS, Under the DDS tab click DDS Report
Step 5 : You have successfully created a new DDS report by clicking Create DDS Report
2. How to Create the Socio Economic Data Report:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective EO-ED username and password and Click Login
Step 2 :After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the DDS module under CMS category
Step 3 : After selecting the DDS module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : First Tab -> Socio Economic Data
Step 5 : Basic : Your district name will appear automatically on the tab based on the login
Step 6 : No of Blocks :

Step 1 : Third Tab -> Market, Infrastructure & Industrial Corridors

- Enter the total number of local sandais count
- Enter the total number of uzhavar sandais count
- Enter the total number of regulated markets (APMC) count
- Enter the total number of wholesale market (Traders) count
- Enter the total number of Cooperative marketing societies

Step 5 : No. of Rivers : Select this drop-down box and enter the total number of rivers in this district. A tab will appear with the names of the rivers. Enter the river names here.
Step 6 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Next‘ option. The information will be saved as a draft
Step 7 : The user cannot move to the next tab, without entering any data in Water Resource Data
7. How to Create the Activity Details Data (In District):

Step 2 : Type of activity – Farm: By selecting the farm commodity in the drop-down, we will fill in the details according to the details of the commodity.

Step 5 : Unique Commodities in the district – Choose any unique commodities that are unique to the district here

11. How to Create the Upload Documents Details:
Step 1 : Tenth Tab -> Upload Documents
Step 2 : Document Title -> Put the document’s title here
Step 3 : Author Name -> Enter the author’s name
Step 4 : Month and Year of Publishing: Click on the month and year of the report’s publication
Step 5 : DDS Report Approval Date: Select the month and date of the DDS report approval
Step 6 : Version Number : The version number will be automatically generated based on the reports
Step 7 : Number of Pages : This field contains the total number of pages
Step 8 : District & State : The name of the district and state will be displayed automatically
Step 9 : Keywords for Referencing: Enter the keyword for the future reference
Step 10 : Nature of information: Describe the nature of information in your report
Step 11 : Upload Documents : If we have any documents, please attach them here (maximum size is more than 25 MB)
Step 12 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Finish’ option
12. How to Create the Review & Upload the Documents Details:
Step 1 : Review & Upload
Step 2 : Review the DDS report, if there are any changes that need to be made in any of the fields, please select the option to Edit, and update the changes.
Step 3 : If the data has been verified by the EO-ED officer, select -> Upload option -> A popup will appear to confirm the upload
Step 4 : Enter-> Yes -> The DDS Report has been successfully uploaded, and has been automatically sent to DEO approval
Step 5 : The above popup message will appear once the report is submitted by the EO ED officer
13.How to Check the DDS Draft Report:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective EO-ED username and password and Click Login
Step 2 :After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the DDS module under CMS category
Step 3 : After selecting the DDS module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : From the left-hand menu, select DDS, Under the DDS tab click DDS Report
Step 5 : The information will be saved as a draft. Click ‘Continue Report’ tab to continue the report further
14. How to Edit the DDS Report:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective EO-ED username and password and Click Login
Step 2 :After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the DDS module under CMS category
Step 3 : After selecting the DDS module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : From the left-hand menu, select DDS, Under the DDS tab click DDS Report
Step 5 : Click -> View Report option
Step 6 : The report detail page will appear If there are any changes that need to be made in any of the fields, please select the option to Edit, and update the changes.
Step 7 : Once the changes done, Click Save
Step 8 : Click Yes The updated change will be saved automatically
Step 9 : A report can be edited by the EO-ED before it is approved by the DEO.
Step 10 : By clicking the ‘Download‘ option, the EO-ED user can download the report
Step 11 : By clicking the ‘View‘ option, the EO-ED user can view the report
15. How to Check the Activity Flow in DDS Report (Version Wise):
Step 1 : Log in with their respective EO-ED username and password and Click Login
Step 2 :After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the DDS module under CMS category
Step 3 : After selecting the DDS module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : From the left-hand menu, select DDS, Under the DDS tab click DDS Report
Step 5 : Click View Report the page will get redirect to the report detail page
Step 6 : Click Activity to check the flow of activity
Step 7 : From the left hand menu, Select the version so that EO-ED can able to view the activity details based on the version
16.How to Create the Another DDS Report:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective EO-ED username and password and Click Login
Step 2 :After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the DDS module under CMS category
Step 3 : After selecting the DDS module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : From the left-hand menu, select DDS, Under the DDS tab click DDS Report
Step 5 : Once the report is approved by the DEO, an EO-ED can use the Create DDS Report option to create another report
17.How to View the Other District DDS Report:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective EO-ED username and password and Click Login
Step 2 :After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the DDS module under CMS category
Step 3 : After selecting the DDS module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : The other district report can be viewed by selecting the district from the dropdown box
Step 6 : Select the district from the dropdown box, the EO-ED can able to view the other district report only if the report got approved by their respective DEO (Unable to download the other districts report)
Step 7 : The EO-ED can able to view the dashboard of the approved report and Click View Report to view the report in detail
Step 8 : In the case of a non-approval, the report will be displayed as ‘No DDS Report‘
18.How to View & Reply the Comments in DDS Report:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective EO-ED username and password and Click Login
Step 2 :After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the DDS module under CMS category
Step 3 : After selecting the DDS module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : From the left-hand menu, select DDS, Under the DDS tab click DDS Report
Step 5 : Click View Comments and the page will redirect to the comment section (EO-ED will get notifications)
Step 6 : Reply -> You may directly reply to a DEO comment by choosing reply option
Step 7 : The user can able to view the attachment by clicking the View option
Step 8 : The user can able to download the attachment by clicking the Download option
Step 9 : In the Comments tab, enter your reply comments, and if any documents need to be added, attach them and click Reply. The reply will be automatically submitted
Step 10 : EO-ED is able to add the comment using Add a comment icon and if any documents need to be added, attach them and click Submit. The comment will be submitted
19.How to Delete Comments in DDS Report:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective EO-ED username and password and Click Login
Step 2 :After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the DDS module under CMS category
Step 3 : After selecting the DDS module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : From the left-hand menu, select DDS, Under the DDS tab click DDS Report
Step 5 : Click View Comments and the page will redirect to the comment section
Step 6 : On the right side of the conversation tab, select the Delete option (the comment will be automatically deleted)
20. How to Check the Notifications:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective EO-ED username and password and Click Login
Step 2 :After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the DDS module under CMS category
Step 3 : After selecting the DDS module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : Click the Notification bell icon to check the notifications
