1. How to Login and Check the Loan Application:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective PFI username and password and click Login
Step 2 : After logging in to the VKP Bankers Portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page

Step 7 : Upon the TNRTP approval, the list of loan applicant will appear under the ‘Open’ tab and the status of the applicant will be displayed as ‘TNRTP Approved’
Step 8 : The PFI banker can view the loan application ID, Loan Type, Loan Name, Requested Amount, District Name, Block Name, Application Created Date, Due Date, and Status of the loan in the home page
2. How to Acknowledge the Loan Application:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective PFI username and password and click Login
Step 2 : After logging in to the VKP Bankers Portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : On the ‘MGP Application’ tab, click the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications
Step 6 : You can view the number of loan applications by clicking the ‘Open’ tab

Step 8 : Click ‘Accept’ that will notify the internal staff and applicants that PFI banker has acknowledged the MGP application

3. How to View the PFI Acknowledged the Loan Application:

4. How to Sanction the Loan Application:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective PFI username and password and click Login

Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu

Step 1 : Log in with their respective PFI username and password and click Login
Step 2 : After logging in to the VKP Bankers Portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu

Step 1 : Log in with their respective PFI username and password and click Login

Step 14 : Purpose of Loan : Enter the purpose of the loan
Step 15 : Project Cost : Enter the project cost
Step 16 : Entrepreneur’s contribution (Margin money) : Enter the Entrepreneur’s contribution
Step 16 : Bank Loan (Term Loan / Composite Loan) : Click the dropdown to choose the type of the bank loan
Step 17 : Matching Grant : Enter the amount of matching grant
Step 18 : Loan Amount : Enter the loan amount
Step 19 : Tenure (Months) : Enter the tenure details in months
Step 20 : Interest Rate : Enter the interest rate
Step 21 : Loan Disbursement Details : One- Time
Step 21.1 Remarks : Enter the remarks in the remarks section
Step 21.2 Upload MGP Claim Form : Upload the MGP claim form

Step 22.1 No.of Instalments : Click the dropdown to choose the number of installments

Step 24 : Once the PFI banker initiated the MGP claim the popup will appear like ‘PFI Initiated MGP Claim Form Successfully’ and the status of the loan application will get moved from ‘TNRTP Approved’ to ‘Sanctioned’
7. How to View the Sanctioned Loan Application:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective PFI username and password and click Login
Step 2 : After logging in to the VKP Bankers Portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : On the ‘MGP Application’ tab, click the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications
Step 6 : Click ‘Inprogress’ tab under the my application the banker can view the ‘Sanctioned’ loan applicant details

Step 1 : Log in with their respective PFI username and password and click Login

Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu

10. How to Disburse the Approved Loan:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective PFI username and password and click ‘Login’

Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu

Step 6 : You can view the number of loan applications by clicking the ‘Open’ tab
Step 7 : Select the application to view loan applicant application details, Sanction details and application workflow tracker in detail
Step 8 : Type of EMI : Choose the type of EMI
Step 9 : Date of Disbursement : By clicking the calendar to select the disbursement date
Step 10 : EMI Start Date : By clicking the calendar to select the EMI starting date
Step 11 : Loan Amount : The loan amount will get auto populated based on the previous data
Step 12 : Tenure (in Years) : The tenure will get auto populated based on the previous data
Step 13 : Remarks : Enter the remarks in the remarks section
Step 14 : Upload EMI Repayment Schedule : Click ‘Browse’ to upload the EMI repayment schedule
Step 15 : Once click ‘Disburse’ the popup will appear like ‘Application Disbursed Successfully’
11. How to View the Disbursed Loan:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective PFI username and password and click ‘Login’
Step 2 : After logging in to the VKP Bankers Portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : On the ‘MGP Application’ tab, click the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications
Step 6 : You can view the number of loan applications by clicking the ‘Disbursement’ tab
Step 7 : Select the application to view loan applicant application details, Sanction details and application workflow tracker in detail
Step 8 : Click the dropdown to view the loan disbursement in detail
Step 9 : Once the loan disbursed, the status of the loan changed from ‘MGP Claim Approved’ to ‘Disbursed’
12. How to Escalate the Loan Application:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective PFI username and password and click ‘Login’
Step 2 : After logging in to the VKP Bankers Portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘Escalations’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : You can view the number of escalated loan applications by clicking the ‘Escalations’ tab
Step 7 : Select the application to view loan applicant application details, Sanction details and application workflow tracker in detail
Step 8 : Once the MGP claim form escalated from DYCOO, the applicant will get reversed to the PFI banker, the banker has to decide whether the banker will initiate the loan application
13. How to Check the Open to All Bank Application:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective PFI username and password and click ‘Login’
Step 2 : After logging in to the VKP Bankers Portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : On the ‘MGP Application’ tab, click the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications
Step 6 : You can view the number of loan applications by clicking the ‘Open’ tab
Step 7 : If all the preferred banks got rejected the loan application, the application will be open to all the PFI bankers
Step 8 : The application will be showing unique. Once you click the symbol it shows the popup message like ‘The Application is now open to all the banks. Acknowledging first can avail the application’
14. How to Edit the Bankers Profile:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective PFI username and password and click Login
Step 2 : After logging in to the VKP Bankers Portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : Select ‘View Profile’ from the top right corner of your profile name once you have logged in to MGP
Step 6 : Once you clicked the view profile icon, it will redirect to the edit profile page
Step 7 : Click ‘Edit’ option to edit the profile information
Step 8 : Once we update the changes click ‘Save Changes’ icon the changes will be saved automatically
