1. How to View the Youth Data:
Step 1 : Please enter the URL of the website
Step 2 : Please enter the respective staff username and password (Applicable for DEO, DYCOO, YP, EO-ED and PLF)
Step 3 : After logging in, the page will redirect to the TNRTP staff portal page. Select the Youth DataBase module under the Skill & Opportunity category.
Step 4 : The page will redirect to the YDB landing page once you click the Youth Database module
Step 5 : In this district, staff can view detailed data about males, females, and transgenders total count.
Step 6 : Staff members can view individual user details from the home page, including user Name, Gender, Education, District, Block, Panchayat, and Created by.
Step 7 : When selecting the respective user, the staff can view the youth’s Reg ID, Personal Information, Address Information, Qualification information, Additional Qualification, Employment information, and Document information.
Step 8 : Please click on the dropdown icon in order to view the youth’s details in more detail
Step 9 : Please enter the name of the youth or the educational qualification in the search box. Relevant search details will appear below.
Step 10 : By clicking on the filter icon, the staff will be able to filter the youth’s details by Gender, Education, Community and Differently abled.
Step 11 :The gender list will be displayed when you click the all genders icon. Based on the selection, various gender data will appear in the below table
Step 12 :Click Logout under the profile icon
Step 13 :If you click Yes Logout, your session will expire and you will be logged out successfully or if not, click No, Cancel
