2.How to Add the Farm (Type : Farm):
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password
Step 2 : Click Login
Step 3 : Following your login, a list of TNRTP modules will appear on the screen. When you select the Farm database, you will be taken to the FDB landing page.
- Step 4: Click Add Farm option-> By selecting the Farm type and clicking Next, the farm data will be created successfully

Step 4 : Commodity Type/Sector : Click the dropdown to select the commodity type and sector
Step 5 : Crop Type/Category : Click the dropdown to select the crop type and category
Step 6 : Name of the Main Crop : Click the dropdown to select the name of the main crop
Step 7 : Intercrop if any : Click the dropdown to select the name of the intercrop
Step 8 : Click ‘Add More’ to add more details
Step 9 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Next’ option. The information will be saved as a draft
4.How to Create the Farmer Info Details (Farm):

Step 4.4 : No. of family members involved in the Activity : Enter the total number of males and females involved in the activity in the family
Step 4.5 : Qualification : To select qualification details, select the dropdown menu
Step 4.6 : E-mail : Enter the Email address
Step 4.7 Mobile Number : Enter the mobile number
Step 4.8 : Any Differently abled : If the person has any type of differently-abled, select ‘Yes’ and select the type from the drop-down menu or choose ‘No’
Step 4.9 : Women Head Household : If the person is women headed household, select ‘Yes’ or Choose ‘No’
Step 4.10 : Community : Select the community details
Step 4.11 : Vulnerable Category : If Yes, Select the vulnerable category, or Choose No
Step 4.12 : Whether any member of Household belong to SHG : If any of the member of household belongs to SHG means click ‘Yes’ or choose ‘No’
Step 4.12.1 If we select the SHG Member: Enter the SHG Name, SHG Code (14 digit) and Emathi Code (16 digit)
Step 4.12.2 If we select the SHG Household: Enter the SHG Name, SHG Household Member Name, SHG Member Relationship, SHG Code (14 digit) and Emathi Code (16 digit)
Step 4.12.3 If we select Non SHG Household, SHG related fields will not displayed
Step 4.13 If the person is under MGNREGA HH, if ‘Yes’ Enter the Name of the person and MGNREGA card number details or choose ‘No’
Step 4.14 : Total Land Holding (In Acre) : Enter the total number of land holding details in acre

Step 4.3 : Irrigation Source : Click the dropdown to select the irrigation source
Step 4.4 : Seeds brought from : You can choose where the seeds were brought from the dropdown menu
Step 4.5 : Total Quantity of Seeds : Enter the total quantity of seeds and click on the dropdown menu to choose the unit of the seeds
Step 4.6 : Fertilisers brought from : You can choose where the fertilisers were brought from the dropdown menu
Step 4.7 : Total Quantity of Fertilisers : Enter the total quantity of fertilisers and click on the dropdown menu to choose the unit of the fertilisers

Step 5.3 : Nutrient Management Cost : The nutrient management cost amount should be entered in rupees
Step 5.4 : Plant Protection Cost : Enter the plant protection (Weed/Pest/Disease Management) cost amount should be entered in rupees
Step 5.5 : Harvesting Charges : Enter the harvesting charges amount should be entered in rupees
Step 5.6 : Additional Cost if any (Optional) : Enter the additional cost amount should be entered in rupees

Step 5.8 : Total Cost : It will automatically calculate and display the total cost based on the sum of (Seed, Field Preparation, Nutrient management, Plant Protection, Harvesting charges, and Additional cost) charges.
Step 5.9 : Cost (Rs/acre) : The total cost amount will be divided by the total number of acres, and the final amount will be the cost per acre
Step 6 : Earnings :
Step 6.1 : Yield (Kg) : Input the total number of yields in kilograms
Step 6.2 : Rate (Rs/Kg) : Please enter the cost details per kilogram
Step 6.3 :Additional Income if any : Enter the additional cost amount should be entered in rupees
Step 6.4 : Description of Additional Cost : Enter the description of the additional income cost
Step 6.5 : Gross Yield Income : The gross yield income will be calculated by multiplying the number of yields by the rate and adding the additional cost to the total
Step 6.6 : Net Income (Rs/acre) : Net income is calculated from the difference between the gross yield income in earnings and total cost in cultivation costs
Step 7 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Next’ option. The information will be saved as a draft
8.How to Create the Farm Marketing Details (Farm):
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password
Step 2 : Click Login
Step 3 : Following your login, a list of TNRTP modules will appear on the screen. When you select the Farm database, you will be taken to the FDB landing page.
Step 4 : Regulated Market : If ‘Yes’, Enter the place of the regulated market details, or Choose ‘No’
Step 5 : Commission (Mundy) Shops : If ‘Yes’, Enter the place of the Commission (Mundy) shops , or Choose ‘No’
Step 6 : Rural Godown : If ‘Yes’, Enter the total number of rural godown , or Choose ‘No’
Step 7 : Processing unit/centre : If ‘Yes’, Enter the place of the processing unit/centre, or Choose ‘No’
Step 8 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Next‘ option. The information will be saved as a draft
9.How to Upload the Document (Farm):
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password
Step 2 : Click Login
Step 3 : Following your login, a list of TNRTP modules will appear on the screen. When you select the Farm database, you will be taken to the FDB landing page.
Step 4 : Document Title : Enter the title of the document
Step 5 : Attachments : As per the selected support document in the previous tab, select upload to attach the file here, File format should be in jpg,jpeg and PDF format
Step 6 : Add More : To add more documents, select the Add More button
Step 7 : Delete : To delete the document, choose the delete option
Step 8 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Finish’ option.
10.How to Review and Submit the Document (Farm):
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password
Step 2 : Click Login
Step 3 : Following your login, a list of TNRTP modules will appear on the screen. When you select the Farm database, you will be taken to the FDB landing page.
Step 4 : After reviewing the farm details, select the Submit option
Step 5 : If the user needs to edit the data click Back
Step 6 : Update the changes and click Next
Step 7 : Once entered the Submit button, The farm details will be successfully submitted,when you submit.
11.How to Add the Farm (Type : Off Farm):
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password
Step 2 : Click Login
Step 3 : Following your login, a list of TNRTP modules will appear on the screen. When you select the Farm database, you will be taken to the FDB landing page.
- Step 4: Click Add Farm option-> By selecting the Farm type and clicking Next, the Off Farm data will be created successfully
12.How to Create the Off Farm Details:

Step 5 : Veterinary Hospital Availability : If ‘Yes’, enter the distance of the nearest veterinary hospital within a kilometre and the time it takes to access veterinary services, or choose ‘No’
Step 6 : Fodder Availability : if ‘Yes’ enter the fodder service is available in a kilometre, or choose ‘No’
Step 7 : Milk Society Details : If ‘Yes’ enter the milk society is available in a kilometre, or choose ‘No’

Step 5 : Veterinary Hospital Availability : If ‘Yes’, enter the distance of the nearest veterinary hospital within a kilometre and the time it takes to access veterinary services, or choose ‘No’
Step 6 : Fodder Availability : if ‘Yes’ enter the fodder service is available in a kilometre, or choose ‘No’
Step 7 : Milk Society Details : If ‘Yes’ enter the milk society is available in a kilometre, or choose ‘No’
Step 8 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Next‘ option. The information will be saved as a draft
29.How to Upload the Document (Both):
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password
Step 2 : Click Login
Step 3 : Following your login, a list of TNRTP modules will appear on the screen. When you select the Farm database, you will be taken to the FDB landing page.
Step 4 : Document Title : Enter the title of the document
Step 5 : Attachments : As per the selected support document in the previous tab, select upload to attach the file here, File format should be in jpg,jpeg and PDF format
Step 6 : Add More : To add more documents, select the Add More button
Step 7 : Delete : To delete the document, choose the delete option
Step 8 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Finish’ option.
30.How to Review and Submit the Document (Both):
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password
Step 2 : Click Login
Step 3 : Following your login, a list of TNRTP modules will appear on the screen. When you select the Farm database, you will be taken to the FDB landing page.
Step 4 : After reviewing the Farm & Off Farm details, select the Submit option
Step 5 : If the user needs to edit the data click Back and Update the changes and click ‘Next’
Step 7 : Once entered the Submit button, The Both (Farm and Off Farm) details will be successfully submitted,when you submit.
31.How to Edit the Data:
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password
Step 2 : Click Login
Step 3 : Following your login, a list of TNRTP modules will appear on the screen. When you select the Farm database, you will be taken to the FDB landing page.
Step 4 : Under the ‘Recently Added’ tab, you will find a list of farm reports. Choose the type of report that needs to be edited (Farm/Off-Farm/Farm & Off Farm)
Step 5 : Click the ‘Edit’ option in the top right corner of the app
Step 6 : If you click the edit icon, the page will redirect to the ‘Edit Farm info’ page. You should select the tab, make the changes, and then click ‘Save’
Step 7 : By clicking the ‘Save’ button, the youth details will be successfully edited
32.How to Continue the Farm Report in Draft:
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password
Step 2 : Click Login
Step 3 : Following your login, a list of TNRTP modules will appear on the screen. When you select the Farm database, you will be taken to the FDB landing page.
Step 4 : The Farm report will be saved in the draft page if it cannot be completed
Step 5 : Select ‘Continue’ to complete the report
Step 6 : The report will be redirected to the appropriate tab so that we will continue the report from the draft
33.How to Continue the Off Farm Report in Draft:

Step 4 : Select the report will be saved in the draft page if it cannot be completed
Step 5 : Select the ‘Delete’ option the confirmation popup menu will appear on the screen
Step 5 :Select the ‘Confirm’ option and the report will be successfully deleted
Step 6 : A toast message will appear once the report is successfully deleted: “Report Deleted Successfully“
