1. How to Login and Check the Loan Application :
Step 1 : Log in with their respective ECPs username and password and click Login
Step 2 : After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : On the ‘MGP Application’ tab, click the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications
Step 6 : You can view the number of loan applications received from Individual Entrepreneur users by clicking the ‘Open’ tab
Step 7 : ECP staff can view loan application ID, Loan Type, Loan Name, Requested Amount, District Name, Block Name, Application Created Date, Due Date, and Status of the loan in the home page.
2.How to Evaluate a New Loan Application:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective ECPs username and password and click Login
Step 2 : After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : Click on the ‘MGP Application’ tab, Under the ‘MGP Application’ tab, Select the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications
Step 5 : ECP staff can view loan application ID, Loan Type, Loan Name, Requested Amount, District Name, Block Name, Application Created Date, Due Date, and Status of the loan in the home page.
Step 6 : When the public has submitted a loan application, the loan status will be displayed as ‘New’ before ECP evaluates the loan.
Step 7 : If ECP has not evaluated the loan within the assigned SLA timeframe. The number of days past due will be displayed under the ‘Due’ tab.
Step 8 :Select the name of the applicant to be evaluated
Step 9 : By selecting the applicant name, the ECPs staff can view the applicant’s ID, application details and application workflow in detail
Step 10 : The loan application can be viewed by clicking on ‘View’ and downloaded by clicking on ‘Download’
Step 11 : ECPs can view the date the application was received, and before evaluation will display a status of “Waiting for Evaluation”
Step 12 : Click ‘Start Evaluate’ to evaluating the loan
Step 13 : In order to proceed further, select the Enterprise type and CAP beneficiary before evaluating and Click ‘Yes Continue’
2.1 If CAP Beneficiary is ‘Yes’ and Enterprise Type is ‘New’:
Step 1 : Select CAP Beneficiary is ‘Yes’ and Enterprise Type is ‘New’ the page will get redirected to the evaluation page
Step 2 : Question 1 : SHG Member/SHG HouseHold : Click the dropdown menu to select the SHG member/ SHG household age. If the staff has relevant document click ‘Yes’ and upload the document or choose ‘No’
Step 3 : Question 2 : SHG Member : for the last 3 years : Choosing ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ depends on whether the applicant has been a member of the SHG for the last 3 years. If yes, upload the relevant documents.
Step 4 : Question 3 : Verified the residence / place of business and found adequate space for the proposed activity : Choosing ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ depends on whether they verified the residence or place of business and found adequate space for the proposed activity. If yes, upload the relevant documents.
Step 5 : Question 4 : Own place / In case of Rental place – NOC from the Owner : Click the dropdown to select the ‘Own’ or ‘Rental’ place. If it is rental place get the NOC from the owner, If Yes, upload the relevant documents or choose ‘No’
Step 6 : Question 5 : ID Proof & Address Proof : By clicking ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to select the ID and Address proof. If ‘Yes’ upload the relevant documents or choose ‘No’
Step 7 : Question 6 : Incorporation documents – MCA registration or MSME registration or approval from local body i.e Panchayat Office : Choosing ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ depends on whether they have incorporation documents like MCA or MSME registration or approval from the local body.If ‘Yes’ upload the relevant documents.
Step 8 : Question 8 : Credit linkage from formal financial institutions : Choosing ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ depends on whether they have credit linkage from formal financial institutions or not.If ‘Yes’ upload the relevant documents.
Step 9 : Question 9 : CAP regular repayment : Choosing ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ depends on whether they paid the regular CAP repayment or not.If ‘Yes’ upload the relevant documents.
Step 10 : Question 10 : If New, whether the Entrepreneur possess relevant experience in the proposed trade : Click the dropdown menu to select whether the entrepreneur possess relevant experience in the proposed trade. If the staff has relevant document click ‘Yes’ and upload the document or choose ‘No’

Step 7 : The completed evaluation can be viewed by selecting the applicant’s name
Step 8 : The Cp’s scoring sheet can be viewed by clicking on ‘View’ and downloaded by clicking on ‘Download’
4.How to Continue the Draft Evaluation in New Loan Application:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective ECPs username and password and click Login
Step 2 : After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : Click on the ‘MGP Application’ tab, Under the ‘MGP Application’ tab, Select the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications
Step 5 : ECP staff can view loan application ID, Loan Type, Loan Name, Requested Amount, District Name, Block Name, Application Created Date, Due Date, and Status of the loan in the home page.
Step 6 : Click the ‘Open’ tab the ECPs can view the list of applicant, Select the applicant to continue the evaluation
Step 7 : Click on ‘Continue’ to continue the scoring sheet.
5.How to Delete the Draft Evaluation in New Loan Application:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective ECPs username and password and click Login
Step 2 : After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : Click on the ‘MGP Application’ tab, Under the ‘MGP Application’ tab, Select the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications
Step 5 : ECP staff can view loan application ID, Loan Type, Loan Name, Requested Amount, District Name, Block Name, Application Created Date, Due Date, and Status of the loan in the home page.
Step 6 : Click the ‘Open’ tab the ECPs can view the list of applicant, Select the applicant to delete the evaluation
Step 7 : Click on ‘Delete’ to delete the scoring sheet and the confirmation popup menu will appear on the screen
Step 8 : Select the ‘Yes Delete’ option and the draft report will be successfully deleted or Choose ‘No Cancel’
6.How to Reevaluate the Loan Application:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective ECPs username and password and click Login
Step 2 : After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : On the ‘MGP Application’ tab, click the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications
Step 6 : When the DEO has sent the application for revaluation, the application will be displayed under the ‘Open’ tab
Step 6 : To revaluate the application by selecting the applicant’s name and clicking ‘Start Evaluate’ and the status of loan application

Step 5 : On the ‘Loan Monitoring’ tab, click the ‘Repayment’ tab to view the list of loan disbursed applications
Step 6 : ECP staff can view loan application ID, Loan Type, Loan Name,District Name, Block Name,Disbursed Amount, Disbursed Date, Loan Tenure, Interest Rate and EMI Due amount of the loan in the home page.
8. How to Add the Payment in the Loan Repayment :
Step 1 : Log in with their respective ECPs username and password and click Login
Step 2 : After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘Loan Monitoring’ tab on the left side menu
Step 5 : On the ‘Loan Monitoring’ tab, click the ‘Repayment’ tab to view the list of loan disbursed applications
Step 6 : ECP staff can view loan application ID, Loan Type, Loan Name,District Name, Block Name,Disbursed Amount, Disbursed Date, Loan Tenure, Interest Rate and EMI Due amount of the loan in the home page.
Step 7 : Click the application to view the application in detail

Step 11 : To add the payment select the icon the list will appear, Select ‘Add Payment’ Once you click add payment the repayment tab will appear
Step 12 : EMI Due Date : The EMI due date will get auto populated based on the loan disbursed date
Step 13 : Payment Date : By clicking the calendar to choose the payment date
Step 14 : EMI Amount : EMI amount will get auto populated based on the tenure
Step 15 : Amount Paid : Enter the paid amount
Step 16 : Loan Outstanding : Based on the paid amount the loan outstanding will get auto populated
Step 17 : Click ‘Add EMI’ to enter the EMI details
Step 17 : Once you click add EMI the popup appears like ‘Success’ and the loan paid amount will be displayed in the data
Step 18 : Once the staff entered the EMI amount the status of the EMI will be displayed as ‘Paid’
9. How to Update the Unpaid in the Loan Repayment :
Step 1 : Log in with their respective ECPs username and password and click Login

Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘Loan Monitoring’ tab on the left side menu

Step 11 : If the applicant has paid the entire amount, the staff click ‘Mark as Preclosure’ to preclosure the loan
Step 12 : Once the staff click the icon, the confirmation popup will appear, If the staff want to preclosure this loan application click ‘Yes Preclosure’
Step 13 : Once the staff submitted, the popup appear like ‘Updated Successfully’
Step 14 : Once the staff preclosure the loan the status of the application will be displayed as ‘Preclosed’
Step 15 : The staff can view the repayment details in the above and the total outstanding amount will be displayed as ‘0’
Step 15 : Once the loan closed the application will get moved from ‘Payments’ tab to ‘Closed Payments’ tab
11. How to Check the Closed Payment :
Step 1 : Log in with their respective ECPs username and password and click Login
Step 2 : After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘Loan Monitoring’ tab on the left side menu
Step 5 : On the ‘Loan Monitoring’ tab, click the ‘Repayment’ tab and click ‘Closed Payments’ to view the list of closed loan application
Step 6 : ECP staff can view loan application ID, Loan Type, Loan Name,District Name, Block Name,Disbursed Amount, Disbursed Date, Loan Tenure, Interest Rate and EMI Due amount of the loan in the home page.
Step 7 : Click the application to view the application in detail
Step 9 : When the staff wants to download the credit report of the applicant click ‘Credit Report’ icon the credit report will get downloaded as PDF
Step 10 : When the staff wants to download the loan repayment schedule of the applicant click ‘Download’ icon the loan repayment will get downloaded as PDF
