1. How to Login and Check the Loan Application:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective TSA State username and password and click ‘Login’
Step 2 : After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : On the ‘MGP Application’ tab, click the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications
Step 6 : You can view the number of loan applications by clicking the ‘Open’ tab
Step 7 : Upon the MGP claim verified by the DEO, the list of loan applicant will appear under the ‘Open’ tab and the status of the applicant will be displayed as ‘MGP Claim Verified’
Step 8 : The TSA staff can view the loan application ID, Loan Type, Loan Name, Requested Amount, District Name, Block Name, Application Created Date, Due Date, and Status of the loan in the home page
2. How TSA Recommended the Loan Application:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective TSA state username and password and click ‘Login’
Step 2 : After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : On the ‘MGP Application’ tab, click the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications
Step 6 : For a detailed view of the loan application, select the loan application
Step 7 : Remarks : Enter the remarks in the remarks tab
Step 8 : Once the TSA staff has recommended the application click ‘Recommend’
Step 9 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Recommend’ option and the popup will appear ‘MGP Claim Form Recommend Successfully’
Step 10 : After the loan application was recommended by TSA State Officer, the status of the loan application changed from ‘MGP Claim Verified’ to ‘MGP Claim Form Recommended Successfully’, and the application moved from ‘Open’ to ‘Inprogress’
3. How TSA View the Recommended Loan Application:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective TSA username and password and click Login
Step 2 : After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : On the ‘MGP Application’ tab, click the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications
Step 6 : Click ‘Inprogress’ tab under the my application the staff can view the MGP Claim Recommended loan applicant details
Step 7 : Select the loan application to view the recommended loan in detail
Step 8 : Click the dropdown to view the MGP claim recommended in detail
Step 9 : Click ‘View’ to view the supportive document
Step 10 : Click ‘Download’ to download the supportive documents
4.How TSA Hold the Loan Application:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective TSA State username and password and click ‘Login’
Step 2 : After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : On the ‘MGP Application’ tab, click the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications
Step 6 : For a detailed view of the loan application, select the loan application
Step 7 : Choosing ‘Hold’ allows the staff to keep the loan application on hold
Step 8 : Remarks : Enter the remarks in the remarks tab
Step 11 : Click ‘Confirm’ and the popup appears like ‘MGP Claim Form is on hold’
5. How TSA View the Hold Application:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective TSA State username and password and click ‘Login’
Step 2 : After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : On the ‘MGP Application’ tab, click the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications
Step 6 : Click ‘Hold’ tab under the my application the staff can view the TSA hold applicant details
Step 7 : Select the applicant to view the application in detail
6.How TSA Not Recommended the Loan Application:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective TSA username and password and click Login
Step 2 : After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : On the ‘MGP Application’ tab, click the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications
Step 6 : For a detailed view of the loan application, select the loan application
Step 7 : Remarks : Enter the not recommended reason in the remarks section and click ‘Confirm’
Step 8 : A confirmation popup will appear Click on the ‘Confirm’ option and the popup will appear ‘MGP Claim Not Recommended’ and the loan application status will be moved from ‘MGP Claim Verified’ to ‘MGP Claim Form Not Recommended’
7. How TSA View the Not Recommended Loan Application:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective TSA state username and password and click Login
Step 2 : After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : On the ‘MGP Application’ tab, click the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications
Step 6 : Click ‘In Progress’ tab under the my application the staff can view the Not Recommended loan applicant in details
Step 7 : Select the loan application to view the Not Recommended loan in detail
Step 8 : Click the dropdown to view the MGP claim recommended in detail
Step 9 : Click ‘View’ to view the supportive document
Step 10 : Click ‘Download’ to download the supportive documents
