How BTL Check the Closed Grievance

Once the complainant is satisfied with the resolution provided by the COO-PM (SPMU) or District Executive Officer, the grievance will be moved to the Closed status. The Block Team Leader can check the closed grievances in the ‘Closed Grievances‘ tab
