Deputy Chief Operating Officer (DYCOO)

1. How to Login and Check the Loan Application:

Step 1 : Log in with their respective DYCOO username and password and click ‘Login’

Step 2 : After logging in to the VKP staff portal, select the module name 

Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page

Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu

Step 5 : On the ‘MGP Application’ tab, click the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications

Step 6 : You can view the number of loan applications by clicking the ‘Open’ tab 

Step 7 : Upon the MGP claim recommended by the TSA State officer, the list of loan applicant will appear under the ‘Open’ tab and the status of the applicant will be displayed as ‘MGP Claim Recommended’

Step 8 : The DYCOO can view the loan application ID, Loan Type, Loan Name, Requested Amount, District Name, Block Name, Application Created Date, Due Date, and Status of the loan in the home page

2. How DYCOO Approve the Loan Application:

Step 1 : Log in with their respective DYCOO username and password and click ‘Login’

Step 2 : After logging in to the VKP staff portal, select the module name 

Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page

Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu

Step 5 : On the ‘MGP Application’ tab, click the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications

Step 6 : For a detailed view of the loan application, select the loan application

Step 7 : The DYCOO can view the applicant details,workflow tracker, activities, supportive documents in detail

Step 8 : If the DYCOO approve the MGP claim form approval click ‘Approval’

Step 9 : Bank Details

           Step 9.1 : Bank Name : The bank name will get auto populated based on the OSF login 

           Step 9.2 : Branch Name : The branch name will get auto populated based on the OSF login

           Step 9.3 : IFSC Code : The IFSC code will get auto populated based on the OSF login

           Step 9.4 : Account Number of the Bank : The account number will get auto populated based on the OSF login

           Step 9.5 : Claim Amount (Matching Grant) : The claim amount will get auto populated based on the OSF login   

Step 10 : Beneficiary Details

           Step 10.1 : Beneficiary Name : The beneficiary name will get auto populated based on the OSF login

Step 11 : Transaction Details

           Step 11.1 : Method of Transaction : Click the dropdown, to choose the method of transaction

           Step 11.2 : NEFT No : Enter the transaction number

           Step 11.3 : Date : By clicking the calendar, to choose the date of transaction

           Step 11.4 : Remarks : Enter the remarks in the remarks section

Step 12 : Once the MGP claim approved by DYCOO, Click ‘Approve’ and the popup appears like ‘Application Approved Successfully’

Step 13 : After the loan application was approved by DYCOO, the status of the loan application changed from ‘MGP Claim Form Recommended’ to ‘MGP Claim Approved’, and the application moved from ‘Open’ to ‘Inprogress’

3. How DYCOO View the Approved Loan Application:

Step 1 : Log in with their respective DYCOO username and password and click ‘Login’

Step 2 : After logging in to the VKP staff portal, select the module name 

Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page

Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu

Step 5 : On the ‘MGP Application’ tab, click the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications

Step 6 : Click ‘Inprogress’ tab under the my application the staff can view the MGP Claim Approved loan applicant details

Step 7 : Select the loan application to view the approved loan in detail

Step 8 : Click the dropdown to view the MGP claim approved in detail

4. How DYCOO Escalate the Loan Application:

Step 1 : Log in with their respective DYCOO username and password and click ‘Login’

Step 2 : After logging in to the VKP staff portal, select the module name 

Step 3 : After selecting the MGP module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page

Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘MGP Application’ link on the left side menu

Step 5 : On the ‘MGP Application’ tab, click the ‘My Applications’ tab to view the list of loan applications

Step 6 : For a detailed view of the loan application, select the loan application

Step 7 : The DYCOO can view the applicant details,workflow tracker, activities, supportive documents in detail

Step 8 : If the DYCOO reject the MGP claim form approval click ‘Escalate’

Step 9 : Remarks :  Enter the remarks in the remarks section and click ‘Escalate’

Step 10 : The confirmation popup will appear on the screen, If the DYCOO want to escalate the MGP claim form, click ‘Confirm’ or click ‘Cancel’

Step 11 : Once the application has escalated from DYCOO, the popup appears like ‘Application Rejected Successfully’

Step 12 : Once the application is escalated by the DYCOO, the applicant will escalate to the PFI banker. The application workflow tracker will reverse from ‘Recommended MGP Claim’ to ‘VKP Approved’
