1. How to Login into the Application:
Step 1 : Launch the app, Enter your respective ECPs username and password
Step 2 : To view the password, click the show password icon and it will display
Step 3 : Click Login
Step 4 : Following your login, a list of TNRTP modules will appear on the screen. When you select the Youth database, you will be taken to the YDB landing page.
2. How to Add the New User:
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password
Step 2 : Click Login
Step 3 : Select the Youth Database tab and it will taken to the YDB landing page
Step 4 : Click Add New option-> Add New Youth page will appear on the screen
3. How to Create the Personal Information Data:
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password and Click Login
Step 2 : Select the Youth Database tab and it will taken to the homepage
Step 3 : Click Add New icon redirected to Add New Youth Page
Step 4 : First Tab->Personal Info
Step 4.1: Application Filled By : An application filled by details will be generated automatically based on the user’s login (ECP / Self)
Step 4.2 : Name : Enter the name and select the relationship (Father, Mother, or Guardian) and Enter the name of the relation
Step 4.3 :Gender : Select the gender of the youth
Step 4.4 : Vulnerable Category : If Yes, Select the vulnerable category, or Choose No
Step 4.5 : Enter Date of Birth then Age will be auto populated based on DOB
Step 4.6: Aadhar Card Number : Enter the Aadhar Card details
Step 4.7: Religion : Select the religion details
Step 4.8: Community : Select the community details
Step 4.9: Mobile Number : Enter the mobile number details
Step 4.10: Email Address : Enter the email address
Step 4.11: Parent Contact Number : Enter the parent contact number
Step 4.12 : Household type : Select whether your household is SHG member, SHG household or non-SHG household
Step 4.12.1 If we select the SHG Member: Enter the SHG Name, SHG Code (14 digit) and Emathi Code (16 digit)
Step 4.12.2 If we select the SHG Household: Enter the SHG Name, SHG Household Member Name, SHG Member Relationship, SHG Code (14 digit) and Emathi Code (16 digit)
Step 4.12.3 If we select Non SHG Household, SHG related fields will not displayed
Step 4.12.4 If the person is under MGNREGA HH, Enter the Name of the person and MGNREGA card number details
Step 4.12.5 Differently Abled : If the person has any type of differently-abled, select ‘Yes’ and select the type from the drop-down menu or choose ‘No’
Step 4.13 Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Next‘ option. The information will be saved as a draft
4. How to Create the Address Information Data:
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password (If the session logged out)
Step 2 : Select the Youth Database tab and it will taken to the YDB landing page
Step 3 : Second Tab-> Address Info
Step 3.1 : Door No : Enter the door no
Step 3.2 : Address Line 1 : Enter the address line 1
Step 3.3 : Address Line 2 : Enter the address line 2
Step 3.4 : Habitation : Enter the habitation details
Step 3.5 : Upon login information, District, Block, Panchayat name, and Pincode details will be displayed automatically
Step : 4 Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Next’ option. The information will be saved as a draft
5.How to Create the Educational Qualification Data:
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password (If the session logged out)
Step 2 : Select the Youth Database tab and it will taken to the YDB landing page
Step 3 :Third Tab-> Educational Qualification Details
Step 4 : Highest Qualification : Select the highest qualification by using the drop down menu
Step 4.1 : Doctoral Details : Select the Name of the course, Specialisation of the course and Month and Year of Passing using the dropdown icon
Step 4.2 : Master Details : Select the Name of the course, Specialisation of the course and Month and Year of Passing using the dropdown icon
Step 4.3 : Bachelor Details : Select the Name of the course, Specialisation of the course and Month and Year of Passing using the dropdown icon
Step 4.4 : Technical Qualification (Optional field) : Select the technical qualification and Month and Year of Passing using the dropdown icon
Step 5 : Received any skill training : If Yes, Enter your institute name, undergone sector, and undergone trade details or choose NO
Step 6 : Willing to join skill training : If Yes, Select your interested sector, and trade details using the drop down option or choose NO
Step 7 : Top 1 Sector & Trade : Select your Top 3 skills you like to purse sector, and trade details using the drop down option
Step 8 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Next’ option. The information will be saved as a draft
6.How to Create the Additional Qualification Data:
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password (If the session logged out)
Step 2 : Select the Youth Database tab and it will taken to the YDB landing page
Step 3 : Fourth Tab-> Additional Qualification Details
Step 3.1 : Typewriting : Choose the language in typewriting using the dropdown menu
Step 3.2 : Skill Level : Choose your typewriting skill level (Lower, Higher or High Speed)
Step 3.3 : Shorthand : Choose the language in shorthand using the dropdown menu
Step 3.4 : Skill Level : Choose your skill level (Lower, Higher or High Speed)
Step 4 : Name of the Computer Course : Type the name of the computer course
Step 5 : Languages Known: Choose the language by using the dropdown menu.You will see below the language skill set (either Read, Write, or Speak) based on the languages you select.
Step 6 : Sports/NCC/NCS : Choose the option using the dropdown menu
Step 7 : Description : Based on the selection in the Sports/NCC/NCS tab, please enter the description here
Step 8 : Licence : Choose the licence option by using the dropdown menu
Step 9 : Occupational Skill : Choose the occupational skill by using the dropdown menu
Step 10 : If any other Additional Qualification : In the case of any other qualification, please enter it here
Step 11 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Next’ option. The information will be saved as a draft
7. How to Create the Employment Details Data:
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password (If the session logged out)
Step 2 : Select the Youth Database tab and it will taken to the YDB landing page
Step 3 : Fifth Tab-> Employment Details
Step 3.1 : Employment Status : Select the Employment Status Fresher Candidate, Currently Employed or Currently Unemployed
Step 3.2 : Fresher Candidate :
Step 3.2.1 Type of Employment needed : You can choose either full-time or part-time employment
Step 3.2.2 If skilling with the employment needed : If Yes, Enter the monthly expectation salary in the box, or choose NO
Step 3.2.3 Willingness to Relocate for Employment Opportunities outside District : Select Yes if the user is ready to relocate or Choose No if not
Step 3.2.4 Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Next’ option. The information will be saved as a draft
Step 3.3 : Currently Employed :
Step 3.3.1 : Reason for looking for a new job : Choose the reason for looking for a new job option using the dropdown menu
Step 3.3.2 : Type of Employment needed : You can choose current employment type either full-time or part-time
Step 3.3.3 : Sector : Choose the current employment sector details by using the drop down menu
Step 3.3.4 : Position : Enter the current employment position details here
Step 3.3.5 : Years of Experience : Choose the current employment years of experience details by using the drop down menu
Step 3.3.6 : Current Salary Per Month : Enter the current employment per month salary details here
Step 3.3.7 : Do you feel the salary is not worth to your qualification : If Yes, Enter the monthly expectation salary in the box, or choose NO
Step 3.3.8 : Willingness to Relocate for Employment Opportunities outside District : Select Yes if the user is ready to relocate or Choose No if not
Step 3.3.9 :Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Next’ option. The information will be saved as a draft
Step 3.4 Currently Unemployed :
Step 3.4.1 : Sector : Choose the previous employment sector details by using the drop down menu
Step 3.4.2 : Position : Enter the previous employment position details here
Step 3.4.3 : Place : Enter the previous employment location details here
Step 3.4.4 :Years of Experience : Choose the previous employment years of experience details by using the drop down menu
Step 3.4.5 : Last Salary Per Month : Enter the previous employment per month salary details here
Step 3.4.6 : Reason for Unemployment : Enter the unemployment reason details here
Step 3.4.7 : Employment needed or not :If Yes, Enter the monthly expectation salary in the box, or choose NO
Step 3.4.8 : Willingness to Relocate for Employment Opportunities outside District : Select Yes if the user is ready to relocate or Choose No if not
Step 3.4.9 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Next’ option. The information will be saved as a draft
8. How to Upload the Documents:
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password (If the session logged out)
Step 2 : Select the Youth Database tab and it will taken to the YDB landing page
Step 3 : Sixth Tab-> Upload Documents
Step 4 : Supporting Documents 1 : Choose the support documents details by using the dropdown menu
Step 5 : Attachment : As per the selected support document in the previous tab, select upload to attach the file here
Step 6 : Supporting Documents 2 : Choose the support documents details by using the dropdown menu
Step 7 : Attachment : As per the selected support document in the previous tab, select upload to attach the file here
Step 8 : Delete : To delete the document, choose the delete option
Step 9 : Add More : To add more documents, select the Add More button
Step 10 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Finish’ option.
9.How to Review and Submit the Document:
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password
Step 2 : Select the Youth Database tab and it will taken to the homepage
Step 3 : Seventh Tab-> Review and Submit
Step 4 : After reviewing the user details, select the Submit option.
Step 5 : If the user needs to edit the data click Back
Step 6 : Once entered the Submit button, The youth details will be successfully added when you submit.
10.How to Edit the Youth Data:
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password
Step 2 : Select the Youth Database tab and it will taken to the YDB landing page
Step 3 : Search for the youth name that needs to be edited click the ‘Edit’ option in the top right corner of the app
Step 4 : If you click the edit icon, the page will redirect to the Edit Youth info page. You should select the tab, make the changes, and then click Save
Step 5 : By clicking the save button, the youth details will be successfully edited
11.How to Delete the Youth Data in Draft:
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password
Step 2 : Select the Youth Database tab and it will taken to the homepage
Step 3 : The report will be saved in the draft page if it cannot be completed
Step 4 : Select the ‘Delete’ option the confirmation popup menu will appear on the screen
Step 5 :Select the ‘Confirm’ option and the report will be successfully deleted
12.How to Continue the Youth Data in Draft:
Step 1 : Login to the respective ECPs username and password
Step 3 : Select the Youth Database tab and it will taken to the homepage
Step 3 : The report will be saved in the draft page if it cannot be completed
Step 4 : Select ‘Continue’ to complete the report
Step 5 : The report will be redirected to the appropriate tab so that we will continue the report from the draft
