2.1 How to Create the Basic Details in the Add Trainer:
Step 1 : Complete the ‘Basic Info section of the add trainer
Step 2 : Basic Info
Step 2.1 Name of the Trainer : Enter the name of the trainer
Step 2.2 Mobile Number : Enter the trainer mobile number
Step 2.3 Date of Birth : By clicking the calendar, to select the date of the birth of the trainer
Step 2.4 Age : The age will get auto populated based on the data entered in the date of birth
Step 2.5 Gender : By clicking the dropdown to choose the gender
Step 2.6 Community : By clicking the dropdown to choose the community details
Step 2.7 Guardian Type : By clicking the dropdown to choose the guardian type
Step 2.8 Name : Based on the guardian type, enter the guardian name of the trainer
Step 2.9 E-mail Address : Enter the email address
Step 2.10 Physical Disability : If the trainer has any physical disability choose ‘Yes’ and clicking the dropdown to choose the type of disability or choose ‘No’
Step 3 : Address :
Step 3.1 Door No :Enter the door number
Step 3.2 Address Line 1 : Enter the address line 1 details
Step 3.3 Address Line 2 : Enter the address line 2 details
Step 3.4 Habitation : Enter the habitation details
Step 3.5 District, Block, Panchayat : The district, block and panchayat details will get auto populated based on the login

2.2 How to Create the SHG Info in the Add Trainer:
Step 1 : Complete the ‘SHG Info’ section of the add trainer
Step 2 : SHG Info
Step 2.1 SHG Member: If the trainer belongs to SHG Member, Enter the SHG Member Name, SHG Member code and E-Mathi code
Step 2.2 SHG Household: If the trainer belongs to SHG household, Enter the SHG Name, SHG household Member name, Click the dropdown to choose the relationship with SHG member, SHG code and E-mathi code details
Step 2.3 Non SHG Household: If the trainer not belongs to SHG household, click Non SHG Household
Step 3 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Next’ option. The information will be saved as a draft
2.3 How to Create the Education and Work Experience in the Add Trainer:
Step 1 : Complete the ‘Educational and Work Experience’ section of the add trainer
Step 2 : Educational Qualification
Step 2.1 Qualification : By clicking the dropdown to choose the qualification
Step 2.2 Board/University : Enter the board/university name
Step 2.3 Subject : Enter the Subject name
Step 2.4 Year of Passing : By clicking the calendar to choose the year of passing
Step 2.5 % of Mark : Enter the mark percentage
Step 2.6 Relevant Experience : Enter the relevant experience and the experience of the trainer should have more than 5 years
Step 2.7 Company Name : Enter the name of the company
Step 3 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Next’ option. The information will be saved as a draft
2.4 How to Create the TOT Details in the Add Trainer:
Step 1 : Complete the ‘TOT Details’ section of the add trainer
Step 2 : Whether Trainer Undergone TOT : If the trainer has undergone the TOT means click ‘Yes’ or choose ‘No’. If Yes please enter the below mentioned details
Step 3 : TOT Details :
Step 3.1 Name of the Training : Enter the name of the training
Step 3.2 Place of TOT Training : By clicking the dropdown to choose the name of the district where the trainer has attend the TOT training
Step 3.3 Training Provider Agency : Enter the name of the trainer providing agency
Step 3.4 Training From Date : By clicking the calendar to choose the training from date
Step 3.5 Training To Date : By clicking the calendar to choose the training to date
Step 3.6 Number of Days Training : The training days will get auto populated based on the difference between the from and to of the training date
Step 4 : Certification Received : If the trainer has received the certificate from the training click ‘Yes’ or choose ‘No’
Step 4.1 Name of the Document : Enter the certification name of the document
Step 4.2 Photo : Click ‘Browse’ to choose the photo of the document
Step 4 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Next’ option. The information will be saved as a draft
2.5 How to Create the Upload Documents in the Add Trainer:
Step 1 : Complete the ‘Upload Documents’ section of the add trainer
Step 2 : ID Proof :
Step 2.1 Aadhar No : Enter the aadhar card number
Step 2.2 Upload Document : Click ‘Browse’ to upload the document
Step 3 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Finish’ option. The page will get redirect to the review and submit page
2.6 How to Review and Submit the Add Trainer Summary:
Step 1: Once the information is entered in the ‘Upload Document’ section, click on the ‘Finish’ option. The information will be saved as a draft
Step 2 : The staff can able to print the trainer details by clicking the ‘Print’ option
Step 3 : The staff can able to download the trainer details by clicking the ‘Download’ option
Step 4 : Review the add trainer details, if there are any changes that need to be made in any of the fields, please select the field to Edit, and update the changes and Click ‘Submit’
Step 5 : Once the data has been verified by the ECP staff officer, select -> Submit option -> A upload confirmation popup will appear on the screen
Step 6 : Once the ECP staff submitted, the popup will appear like ‘Success’
3.How to View the Trainer Details:

4.How to Continue the Draft in Trainer Details:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective ECPs username and password and click ‘Login’
Step 2 : After logging in to the VKP staff portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the Community Skill School module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘Community Skill School’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : Click ‘Trainer’ to view the draft of trainer details
Step 6 : As a draft, the incomplete report information will be saved
Step 7 : Select the name of the trainer that you will be redirected to the appropriate tab to complete the add trainer section
5.How to Delete the Draft in Trainer Details:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective ECPs username and password and click ‘Login’
Step 2 : After logging in to the VKP staff portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the Community Skill School module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘Community Skill School’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : Click ‘Trainer’ to view the draft of trainer details
Step 6 : Click ‘Delete’ to delete the trainer, Once you click the delete option, A delete confirmation popup will appear on the screen. Click ‘Yes’ to delete or Choose ‘No’
Step 6 : Once you click ‘Yes’ the trainer details will get deleted automatically
6.How to Add the Candidate:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective ECPs username and password and click ‘Login’

Step 2.2 Trainee’s Contribution : If the candidate received the trainee contribution click ‘Yes’ or choose ‘No’. If ‘Yes’ enter the below mentioned details
Step 2.2.1 Individual Contribution : Enter the individual contribution amount in rupees
Step 2.2.2 Upload Document : Click ‘Browse’ to upload document details

Step 6 : Apply for New Proposals : By clicking the dropdown to select trade name before applying the proposal and click ‘Apply for New Proposal’
Step 6 : Once you click the apply for new proposal, A CSS type popup will appear, Select the type of the proposal and click ‘Confirm’
Step 7 : Once you click confirm, the page will redirect to the CSS proposal annexure screen

11.3 How to Create the Cost of CSS Details in the Proposal for Community Skills School:
Step 1 : Complete the ‘Cost of CSS’ section for the proposal for community skills school

Step 2.1 Compensation to Trainer : Enter the compensation to trainers Rupees per day
Step 2.2 Training Days/Candidate : The training days will get auto populated based on the data entered in the CSS basic details
Step 2.3 Subtotal : The subtotal will get calculated by multiplying the compensation to trainers per day amount into training days per candidate
Step 2.4 Compensation to Enterprise – Materials- Setup :
Step 2.4.1 Name : Enter the name of the Material

Step 2.2 Session : Enter the name of the session
Step 2.3 Subject : Enter the subject name
Step 2.4 : Click ‘Add’ to add the more session planned details

16.8 How to Create the Upload Document in the Proposal for Community Skills School (Existing CSS Proposal) :
Step 1 : Complete the ‘Upload Document’ section for the proposal for community skills school
Step 2 : Upload Document :
Step 2.1 Photograph of Trainer : Click ‘Browse’ to upload the photograph of the trainer
Step 2.2 Photography of Training School : Click ‘Browse’ to upload the photography of the training school
Step 2.3 PLF Resolution Copy : Click ‘Browse’ to upload the PLF resolution copy
Step 2.4 CSS Proposal Document : Click ‘Browse’ to upload the CSS proposal document
Step 3 : Once the information is entered, click on the ‘Finish’ option. The page will get redirect to the review and submit page
16.9 How to Review and Submit the Proposal for Community Skills School (Existing CSS Proposal):
Step 1: Once the information is entered in the ‘Upload Document’ section, click on the ‘Finish’ option.
Step 2 : The staff can able to print the CSS proposal details by clicking the ‘Print’ option
Step 3 : The staff can able to download the CSS proposal details by clicking the ‘Download’ option
Step 4 : Review the CSS proposal details, if there are any changes that need to be made in any of the fields, please select the field to Edit, and update the changes and Click ‘Submit’
Step 5 : Once the proposal has been verified by the ECP staff officer, select -> Submit option -> A upload confirmation popup will appear on the screen
Step 6 : Once the ECP staff submitted the CSS proposal, the popup will appear like ‘Proposal Submitted Successfully’ and the status of the report has changed from ‘Draft’ to ‘Inprogress’
17.How to Review the CSS Proposal Details (Existing CSS Proposal):
Step 1 : Log in with their respective ECPs username and password and click ‘Login’
Step 2 : After logging in to the VKP staff portal, select the module name
Step 3 : After selecting the Community Skill School module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘Community Skill School’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : Click ‘Proposal’ to view the list of CSS proposal in detail
Step 6 : Select the individual proposal to view the CSS proposal in detail
Step 7 : The staff can view the trainer name,CSS name, Requested amount, District, Block , Created date and proposal action in detail
Step 8 : The staff can able to view the CSS proposal details by clicking the ‘View’ option

18.How to Disburse the Loan in CSS Proposal:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective ECPs username and password and click ‘Login’
Step 2 : After logging in to the VKP staff portal, select the module name

Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘Community Skill School’ link on the left side menu

Step 6 : Select the individual proposal to view the CSS proposal in detail and the status of the application is ‘Transferred’
Step 7 : The staff can view the trainer name,CSS name, Requested amount, District, Block , Created date and proposal action in detail
Step 8 : The staff can able to view the CSS proposal details by clicking the ‘View’ option
Step 9 : The staff can able to download the CSS proposal details by clicking the ‘Download’ option
Step 10 : First Level Tranche Disburse Date : By clicking the calendar to choose the first level tranche disburse date
Step 11 : First Level Tranche Amount : Enter the first level tranche amount
Step 12 : Remarks : Enter the remarks in the remarks section
Step 13 : Once the proposal has been disbursed by the ECP, Click ‘First Level Tranche’
Step 14 : Once the ECP disbursed the amount, the popup will appear like ‘Proposal Disbursed Successfully’
Step 15 : Once the first level tranche has been completed, use the same procedure to disburse the next tranche amount.
Step 16 : Once the loan amount has been disbursed by the ECP, the status of the application will be changed from ‘Transferred’ to ‘Disbursed’

Step 9 : The staff can able to download the CSS proposal details by clicking the ‘Download’ option
Step 10 : Click the approve icon to view the rejected details
21.How to Rework the CSS Proposal :

Step 4 : When logged in, click on the ‘Community Skill School’ link on the left side menu
Step 5 : Click ‘Proposal’ to view the list of CSS proposal in detail
Step 6 : Select the rework proposal to view the CSS proposal in detail and the status of the application is ‘Rework’
Step 7 : The staff can view the trainer name,CSS name, Requested amount, District, Block , Created date and proposal action in detail
Step 8 : The staff can able to view the CSS proposal details by clicking the ‘View’ option
Step 9 : The staff can able to download the CSS proposal details by clicking the ‘Download’ option
Step 10 : Click the Rework icon under the proposal actions tab
Step 11 : Click on ‘Edit CSS’ it will get redirect to the CSS proposal annexure page
Step 12 : Click ‘Edit’ to edit the proposal once you click edit option it will get redirect to the proposal for community skill school annexure page
Step 13 : Once you update the changes, Click ‘Submit’
Step 14 : Once the data has been edited by the ECP staff officer, select -> Submit option -> A upload confirmation popup will appear on the screen
Step 6 : Once the ECP staff submitted, the popup will appear like ‘Proposal Submitted Successfully’ and the status of the application changed from ‘Rework’ to ‘Reworked’
