1.How to View the Districts DDS Report:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective SPMU username and password and Click Login
Step 2 :After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the DDS module under CMS category
Step 3 : After selecting the DDS module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : From the left-hand menu, select DDS, Under the DDS tab click DDS Report
Step 5 : The district report can be viewed by selecting the district from the dropdown box
Step 6 : Select the districts from the dropdown DDS reports can be viewed if it has been approved by the respective district DEO
Step 7 : Click View Report-> SPMU can view the details of the report in elaboration
Step 8 : In the case of a non-approval, the report will be displayed as ‘No DDS Report‘
2. How to View the Dashboard in DDS Report:
Step 1 : Log in with their respective SPMU username and password and Click Login
Step 2 :After logging in to the TNRTP staff portal, select the DDS module under CMS category
Step 3 : After selecting the DDS module, the user will be redirected to the respective home page
Step 4 : From the left-hand menu, select DDS, Under the DDS tab click Dashboard
Step 5 : SPMU is able to view all the districts, blocks, village panchayat counts along with the TNRTP districts, blocks, village panchayat count details.
Step 6 : SPMU is able to view the top 3 commodities and subsector ( Farm, Off Farm, Non Farm and Service) charts in details
Step 7 : Select the commodities in the dropdown, Based on the commodity the map will displayed
Step 8 : SPMU is able to view all the districts Water Potential and Industries data
Step 9 : SPMU is able to view all the districts Market data
Step 10 : SPMU is able to view all the districts Population and Occupation data
Step 11 : SPMU is able to view all the districts institutional data
